Founder and Owner
It is interesting how life pans out. I am of a certain age now, where brave and courage comes easier. I like to believe that divine providence plays a key role in giving me this courage to do my best work on a daily basis. I appreciate my life and the people in it. My goal is to approach everyday with tenacity, perserveance and kindness in my heart. In this space I can be my best self to help others in therapy or my staff. I liken my staff as mental health warriors with kind souls who strive to do their best at work.
I no longer do too much on my own, as I am a teacher, mentor to others. There is a great sense of purpose knowing that I can help guide the next generation of mental health professionals, just like the greats of our field did for me. My favorites are Salvador Minuchin, Virginia Satir and Murray Bowen these great family therapists and along with my parents, help shape me, my work and my teachings.
Kailee Sharp, MA, LAMFT Director of Training and Development
I work with clients who are looking to address intergenerational conflict or process an adverse childhood experience. I regularly utilize Positive Psychology and Narrative Therapy. This provides a safe space for clients to work through emotional experiences. Other therapeutic modalities used are Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Contextual Family Therapy, Bowen Family Therapy and Gottman Couples Counseling. My professional areas of interest and experience include trauma/PTSD, relationship concerns, adjustment to life transitions, anxiety, depression, and grief/loss. I also have experience working with Juvenile Corrections and sexual concerns.
I completed my bachelor’s degree in Family Social Science at the University of Minnesota in 2019. I graduated with my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2022. I am a Licensed Associate in Marriage and Family Therapist working towards licensure. I enjoy applying the knowledge I have gained through my education and life experience to actual settings with clients. My desire to support others in their life journey is what keeps me motivated to do this work each day.
I am originally from Denver, and I am happy to call Minnesota my forever home. I live in St. Paul with my fiancé and our dog. I enjoy spending time outside doing a variety of activities such as camping, traveling, reading, and running. I am looking forward to our work together and most importantly, getting to know your story.

Every person has value and a unique story that is shaped by their experiences, family, spirituality, culture, community, and society at large. We are all impacting our environment as well as being impacted by it. I believe that therapy is a great space to process experiences and be supported as you work through difficult life circumstances. I would love to be someone that will listen and come alongside you as you work hard to navigate your world.
I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin- Stout. As I learned more about people, I realized how much we are impacted by our families, communities, and cultures. This is what led me to a Master's program in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. I am looking forward to allowing the knowledge and experiences I have had during my education to guide my work as a therapist. I have some experience with kiddos, but am excited and interested in working with teens, adults, couples, and families as well. I have a particular interest in teens and couples as well as people who are experiencing grief and loss. I am looking forward to working with people from all different backgrounds and experiences.
I was born and raised in Lakeville, MN and Minnesota is still my home. I am blessed to live close to my immediate family and many extended family members. I love to spend time with family and friends. I am married and my husband and I are very involved in the local church I grew up in. In my free time, I love to do most things outside. I love playing pickleball, spikeball, going for walks, campfires, and really any other outdoor activity. I love mountains, beautiful things in nature, and being with people. I look forward to hearing your story and supporting you in navigating life as it comes.

Hello! I am Danelle and would love for you to hear a little bit of my story which will encourage you to come to share your story with me! I enlisted in the Air National Guard in 2003 and subsequently completed my Bachelor's Degree in Human Services at Metro State University in 2008. I am a recent retiree from the Air Force and throughout my service I recognized a need for veteran mental health providers that understand the many challenges of military service. I am also a military spouse and understand the unique challenges of supporting a current service member. Overcoming my own personal life challenges inspired me to the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Bethel University where I graduated in May of 2023. I welcome diversity, including all abilities, races, sexualities, genders, religions, and political values.
My clinical areas of interest include trauma and PTSD, couple and family issues, grief and bereavement, anxiety, depression, substance use, and Christian counseling. I have completed EMDR training and am a Certified Trauma Professional (CTP). In addition to trauma therapy, I am particularly drawn to Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy.
I live in the south metro with my husband and two daughters. I embrace as much family time as possible with my husband, daughters, stepchildren, and grandkids. I enjoy spending Minnesota’s short summers outside in nature, especially soaking in family time at the lake by swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and campfires.
We are each uniquely made and therefore have different responses to life's challenges. I strongly feel that we all need someone to talk to that can provide a different perspective on the challenges we face. I take a collaborative approach in counseling as I believe we all have the inner strength and capability to change our life stories.

Hello! My name is Madyson Wills, a mental health clinician following my purpose to be able to walk alongside others.
I believe that everyone comes from a unique background and deserves to feel heard and understood. I work alongside my clients through life's challenges while exploring us as diverse and systemic beings. I know that life can limit our ability to choose, and my hope is for clients to reclaim autonomy in their story. I believe clients are the experts of themselves, and my role is to provide a warm space that allows for exploration and curiosity, seeking out the inner wisdom we all possess. I welcome diversity in my work and affirm all identities! My clients can expect warmth, attentiveness, and an empathic listener. My hope is that I can provide an environment that feels safe and comfortable, allowing clients to freely express themselves without feeling guarded or fearful of judgment. It is critical that we, as humans, feel heard and understood as our authentic selves. Clients can trust that they are not alone and that they will feel validated and heard. My work as a counselor utilizes an integrative approach, incorporating Internal Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, Emotion Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I bring clinical field experience in working with trauma, personality disorders, eating disorders, PTSD, depression, bipolar disorders, anxiety/panic/phobias, OCD, substance use, co-occurring conditions, emotional disturbances, and learning disabilities. Growing up, I can truly say my dream job was to work in this field. I completed my undergraduate degree at Minnesota State University, Mankato, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Gender Women Studies. Shortly after, I completed my graduate degree with a Master of Arts in Counseling at Bethel University.I have a desire to work with individuals, couples, and families through an integrative theoretical approach. Using an integrative approach in working with the family system and our interpersonal relationships as a transactional dynamic, can be helpful for our healing. I strive to create a supportive space to enhance relationship effectiveness by improving communication styles, finding a sense of balance, and cultivating desired, pleasurable moments throughout life.I reside in the Twin Cities with my family, our dogs, and reptile friends. I find joy in spending time with my family and friends, engaging in physical activity, fishing, boating, cooking, watching sports, and playing in adult sports leagues.
